4 week social & emotional learning series - A playful, therapist-led emotions class for children 5 & under and their caregivers. Through stories, fun crafts, and hands-on activities, families explore feelings together in a warm, supportive environment.

I design workshops for the adults shaping the lives of children. My hope is to bring my expertise in supporting early childhood emotional development and parent well-being, into our community in an accessible way. In addition, I offer hosting parent-child and child classes to support social and emotional learning!

I do this through collaborations with local businesses. Whether you’re a daycare, preschool, early intervention agency, community center, pediatric office, or parent organization, I tailor each workshop or class to meet your community’s needs and values.
